How can we help?

  • Screen printing—also commonly referred to as silk screen printing or serigraph printing—is the process of pressing ink through a stencil on a mesh screen to create a printed design. Early versions of this technique date back to 960 AD, but was not popularized until the 1960s thanks to artists like Andy Warhol and Corita Kent.

  • Spot colors are solid colors created using a specific premixed ink, usually based on Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors. Pantone colors are standardized, and each one is assigned an individual number and name. Each color is printed individually, and the inks have the potential to be bold and vibrant.

Four-color process uses four colors—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black—printed as millions of tiny, overlapping dots that blend together to create the full color spectrum. Also known as the CMYK process, this method of printing saves money by limiting the number of printing plates required for a job to four. However, this method does not allow for vivid bright colors

  • Our standard turnaround time is 15-20 days working days (this includes production and delivery time).

During our busiest time of the year, May 15 - August 31st, orders can take up to 3 - 4 weeks to be shipped.

We cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers.

  • If your quote detailed a price out of your budget we recommend the following:

    • Bring down the number of colors in your artwork. Less colors = less films and screens = less time on press.

    • Reduce the number of versions in your project.

    • Keep your color changes to a minimum.

    • For stickers and decals, opt for a shear cut (straight/rectangle shapes) instead of a custom die-cut.

    • For stickers and decals, ask about our universal pre-made dies. We have several pre-made shapes such as circles or varied sheets.

    • Stick to our standard sizing. Our standard sizing is set up to maximize the use of material master sheets.

  • In screen printing we print each color individually, and that means we need your artwork separated by color. Preferably, each color is isolated in its own layer. We can take it from there.

  • Any change to the original print. Common variations include but are not limited to:

    • Material change

    • Color drop

    • Color change

    • Color addition

  • For full color / photo prints we do not have a limit on how many colors you’re able to use in your artwork. This print method already has a set amount of colors.

For spot, we do not have an exact maximum. For most projects we recommend sticking with 6 - 8 colors. Printing more than 8 colors will prolong production time, and also impact the cost of your project.
